Mend Potterton Netaheat Boiler Control

No power to my potterton netaheat?

My boiler tripped a fuse and now will not power up. There are no lights on the honeywell control (ST699-B1002-8815) and no signs of life on the boiler the fuse on the boiler tested ok.

Can anybody advise on this?
