how do i get potterton netaheat 10/16 boiler to light?

The netaheat is an automatic ignition,so you cant do anything manually.Can you hear the ignition sparking,the fan should run which makes a pressure switch and then the ignition should fire the boiler.20 secs or so later you should hear a loud click as the relay kicks in and then you should het ignition.
