Cooker not heating up?

My cooker is not heating up but the grill is working.

It is a buil in cooker and grill.
The fan and the timers are all working but their is no heat.

Any ideas?

More than likely its the oven element,If you check around for a hole in the element or for warped metal in between the two elements then all you should have to do is replace the element.
