Mend Black and Decker Strimmer Wire

Black and decker strimmer with cutting cord just pushes in?

My strimmer wire will not stay in when i use it. It is a single heavy duty wire just pushes into special holder. Is there something i'm doing wrong or am i missing something?

Are you using the correct cap as the machine came with two heads, one for a spool and line and another for the heavy duty lines.
