Bissell Pro Heat Power Steamer, Platinum II will not spray!?

See that this machine is not highly recommened, however, I have one that is "almost new" and wondering how to make the Floor nozzle spray the carpet. Suction works and Upholstery attachment works properly. Have trouble-shooted all Bissell suggestions and even emailed for instruction from their online help desk. Noticed flow nozzle not spinning when holding trigger sprayer, as it should do. Anyone able to suggest further or am I stuck paying an authorized Dealer? ( Machine is clean of all hair/debris, etc.)
