Mend Citroen Dispatch Change Gears 2nd

gear lever very stiff citroen dispach van especially when cold?

gear lever stiff sometimes cannot change gears into 2nd & 4th on citroen dispach van. problem started when very cold improved when engine warmed up. sometimes cannot get 2nd or 4th gear occationally problem dissapears when parked up overnight
