in answer to your question,yes it is,but as the alarm guy asked,what do you want to do?reset back to factory settings?or factory programming,?to return to the first choice,key in 99 then the engineering code,(7890) if its not been changed,if it been done correctly,the panel will give an accept tone,if you dont have the eng code,then you have to follow step two,on the pc board,there are two small pins,these are the memory link,place a link between them,remove battery and mains power,then reconnect the battery and put mains back on,the panel will now have reverted to factory conditions,i.e.user code 1234,engin code 7890,the memory link is just below the micro processor on the pc board.dont forget to remove the link before you close the end staion
