how can i fix my laptop so i can get in to operating system to use my laptop. my model is a TOSHIBA SATELITE PRO L450D. model number PSLY6E. serial number 3A246459K

easy/ when you start the computer keep tapping the F8 key until it responds and it will go direct to safe mode ETC select from there.
