Mend Elba PX906 Cooker Repair Electric

How do I fix my Elba cooker?

My Elba PX906 cooker stopped working while on fan setting after about an hour of being on.
It wasn't set for timed cooking, and I cannot get it to work on any setting. The gas hob does work.
