How do i stop my triton opal 2 leaking water?

I've got a tritan opal2 that has just started leaking water, after taking the front off and running it it seems the plunger on top of the inlet is going up and the water is coming out. I looked on these pages and have tried the wedges but it still does it. I'm stuck any idea's please???
