Mend Hotpoint wdl540 Washing Machine Drum Door Seal

Hotpoint Aquarius wdl540 bra wire stuck?

Hi
Can anyone help with how to get this out? Small access panel at the back of machine, but nothing obvious in the way of getting to the drum. Thought about removing the door seal, but can't see how to.
