Why my bosch washing machine is not working ?

I have a Bosch washing machine model WFK 6010 purchased from frankfurt, Germany. When we switch on the machine it doesnt function. While contacting 2 or 3 mechincal engineers they said only engineers from Bosch can find out the fault, we are not able to analyse where the fault is. So can anyone help us out in this. Currently we are located in india and there is no Bosch service center in india.
