i have a hotpoint aquarious condenser drye CTD00 7kgr. the power is on and ?

i have a hotpoint aquarious condenser drye CTD00 7kgr. the power is on and the drum turns but theres no heat and the ' empty water' red lifgr stays on - but there's no water in there.

frankly I have no idea how to fix
