how to fix desktop computer who doesnt display?

I turn on my computer and it doesn't display, it is just black on the monitor. what do you think happened to my computer?

Probably the display is not working, have you checked the fuse in the plug or tried borrowing a monitor?

Are there lights or fan noises from the PC?
