i was surfing the internet when my computer crashed, so i pushed down the off button for 5 seconds to turn off the computer. i then pressed the button to turn it back on. but it wouldn't turn back on. i tryed again and again but it still didnt turn on! what can i do?
If that does not help, it could be the RAM. Try reseating the RAM, of if there are 2, take one out and try to start.

This is a pain, but you will have to open up your base unit, take out the lithium battery, wait about 30 seconds, put battery back in and try again. MAKE SURE YOU UNPUG FROM THE MAINS FIRST. Hopefully this should sort the problem out, if it does do a virus scan asap.
