Where is fuel pump relay?Nissan Almera 01?

Where is the fuel pump relay for a 2001 Nissan Almera,its not pumping fuel,can relay be by-passed?

Nissan Nissan 01 Vehicles, Cars Fuel Almera Nissan

In the drivers side footwell on the RHS behind a square plate secured with a 10mm bolt. There are 2 relays there. The fuel pump relay on mine was black and the other one was grey. I don't know what the grey one does. If anyone knows please let me know.
