when should I change my cam belt?

I have a 1998 vauxhall vectra, 16v. After how many miles should the cam belt be changed?

hi there when you replace the cam belt at every 40000 miles i would buy a complete cam belt kit so you know its all done.

The cambelt should be changed every 40,000 miles or every 4 years.
