Mend Neff 3470 Oven Repair

neff 3470 double over?

Hi folks,

My neff 3470 large oven has stopped working, this is only 2 years old !, the over temp light comes on at the switch on the cooker, the fan goes round, but it does not heat up, i believe this to be the element, how can i fix it and where to buy the parts...many thanks for your help.
