Mend Peugeot Boxer Van Not Start

Boxer van will not start?

My peugeot boxer van 2litre petrol S reg turns over but will not start?
AA man seemed to think there might be an immobilizer as I have a red light on the dash to the left of oil light that does not have a symbol on it but the garage are a bit unsure. It seems there is a loss of 5v power to relays

Thanks for the answer but the garage tells me that he key does not have a code and think its a relay fault. new one on order
