TV pictcure bent downwards?

We have just got a second hand tv and tansported it 30 miles in the back of the car.

When we turned it on the picture is bent downwards slightly on the left side. It is not noticable when watching tv but you really see it when navigating the sky menu.

Any idea what the problem is?
