how can i fix my delta nm902, not pulling the bobbin thread up?

the machine is not catching the top thread to pull up the bobbin thread

Hello Curvymum,
It may need retiming if you have already checked the needle and made sure it is in the correct way round, type my email address as you say it and not as you see it and I will attach instructions.
