Heating is working but not hot water?

Hi, depending on how fast the red light is flashing, if flashing once per second means the boiler is in a lockout condition due to overheating, you can re-set, once the boiler has cooled, by pressing and holding in the fault indicator button for 5 seconds. If flashing for five times per second also means it is in a lockout condition through detecting an air flow fault, but should try to re-light after 5 minutes,check that this is not a blocked or damaged flue.

have to tryed resetting it or leaving it off for a few mins ?
