how can i fix my isar he24?

we had hotwater yesterday morning then went off and still remains off. but the radiator pipes are hot and the boiler is flaring up at it displays '0' on the LED screen when switched on. the central heating is working fine. we would be grateful if someone could help us. thank you.

with the heating turned off does the boiler fire up when you run a tap? if so you need a new diverter valve.
