my iqon pc wont restore - problem in extracting process?

i switched my computer on this morning, and it went to the black and white screen asking me to start at last known good configuration, as if i had closed in down incorrectly last night, which i hadnt. i tried to start it up like this several times and also in safe mode, nothing worked, so i decided to restore, repeatedly pressed f10, then went through process with pc angel, however it has gotten stuck on copying files and an error message has come up saying - problem in extracting process: windows\system32\logonui.exe.manifest couldnt be opened! my pc doesnt come with a recovery disc, it is built in, any help would be appreciated, i cant seem to get in touch with iqon directly as they have gone into administration
