Reset service indicator, Mercedes Vito 2008?

the above procedure works perfectly for a 2007 115cdi with no steering wheel buttons. thanks for the help

thanks very much 2007 Vito 111 as you said hold down o for 30 secs beep and scroll through with m button and i have done it, been trying for months on other ways off net but yours has worked OK thanks Steve box.

Mercedes Vito 111CDi 2008 (no steering wheel buttons)

Turn on ignition (2clicks).
If the display shows a spanner and the number of days to the service, wait 30sec until it reverts to mileage display.
Press O button (bottom left of instrument console) for 30 seconds.
Release after you hear a beep and press M (upper left).
Scroll through the messages until you reach the Reset Std message.
If you have used oil according to quality sheet 229.31 or 228/229.51, you can scroll to Reset.31 or Reset.51 respectively.
This selects the oil type used.
Now, when appropriate oil type is selected - press O for 6 seconds until ''2'' is displayed.
Press O once again briefly and the ''done'' message will confirm that the job is finished.
Switch off ignition.
