suzuki van lose power ?

suzuki carry van lose power when travelling engine doesn't cut out when your travelling along and it give small judder and lose power and then there's no revs. then it judders again and back to normal if pulling up hill the fan comes on or ill lose pulling power and end up doing 20mph until it clicks back in
