My Speedo for peugeot 206 petrl not working?

at the top of the gearbox but right at the back,there is a transducer with a electrical connector on it, try getting another from a dealer or breakers and swop this.This is quite common prob. The transducer might be held in by a small bolt,un do and give it a wiggle and it comes out,dont worry if its got a bit of oil on it normal. hope this helps
