constant loud ticking from my servis fridge freezer?

although the fridge is ok the freezer sometimes defrosts allthough not fully it then freezes itself again but there is a constant loud ticking from the control panel at the top of fridge but stops when the fridge door opens its a servis fridge freezer

the only thing it could be is the pcb control borad that is at the top as that controls the whole unit even the defrost timer
