the control board has a resistor burnt out. i need a parts list for it. can you help me. thank you.

The toaster make a loud growling noise when depressed, with increasing loudness, shortly pops up and is only heating on one side.

Our Oster had a resistor burn out also. Must be a design flaw in the control board.
