Mend Truma Ultraheat Works Electric Fault

Truma Ultraheat?

The gas heater works ok but the electric has packed up , could anyone tell me how to test to find the fault , ie is it the element, control unit etc

The fan stops working on my gas caravan heater after about 5 minutes. I have replaced the thermostat control unit on the top of the unit but that does not help
