Mend Hotpoint WD420 Washing Machine No Fill

flashing on/off and time saver button flashing?

My hotpoint machine WD 420 is flashing time saver and on/off flashng on any program, will not fill up. any ideas

The computer board is either faulty or confused . Pull the mains plug out and leave it for 10 minutes and then start again.
