Mend Kenwood KDW12ST3A Dishwasher Discharge Pump

Kenwood dishwasher KDW12ST3A won't empty water at end of cycle?

My Kenwood dishwasher KDW12ST3A won't discharge the water at the end of the cycle. I've checked the outlet pipe and the the "U" bend which are not blocked. Is it the discharge pump that needs replacing? It's 15 months old.
