Mend GE GSS25KGMDWW Blowing Blow Air

My side by side GSS25KGMD WW Fan isnt blowing from the freezer?

Can I replace my fan that should blow air from the freezer compartment to the normal compartment? Since its not running I cannot hear where is to find it...of course. Is it inside the freezer at the back? Where do I get part numbers and order one? thanks (evaporator fan?)
