How can I replace the passenger side fog light unit on my 01 Ford Focus? ?

Trying to replace the passenger side front fog light but can't seem to get the cracked one out. It seems to be stuck with some sort of retainer bolt on the far side, any ideas how to do this and get the fog lamp uit out so I can then put a new one in?
