Mend Tefal Express Up Water Fixed

My Tefal Express is not heating up and leaking water can this be fixed?

The Tefal Express Iron is not heating up and pours water out when the steam button is pressed.Is this a terminal condition or can this dream product be rescued?

normally this is terminal
it means one of 2 things
the boiler has a level fault and over fills with pumped water resulting in steam / hot water pouring out
secondly it can be the solenoid valve but usually first item
