Cannot send e-mail on my yahoo?

Log in to your acount.
Click "New" (just under the Yahoo! logo)
Enter the address of your correspondent in the "To" field.
Enter a subject.
Compose your message.
If you want, add some attachment.

Just above the "To", you have 5 buttons. The "Send" button is the first one starting from the left.
Click that button.
