Mend Samsung RS21DABB Stuck Water Flow

Samsung side by side freezer RS21DABB - ice maker?

My Ice Making tray is stuck (positioned) sideways and not making ice anymore. Have examined it and can't seem to find a fault but its not generating ice. Water is flowing through the system. Any suggestions on what to look for?
