Fan ventuuri? Blimey! Didn't even know there was one! (Which means you've shot off in the wrong direction).
You state the fan & pump are running, are the switches actually working?
Test the FPS electronically to make sure it it making, also check the pump switch (left of the pump just above) is the microswitch breaking when the pump runs?
1st check: FPS (If the fan is running)
2nd check: PPS (If the pump is running)
Otherwise, it's a pcb fault (relay)
On a 242e/1 it's the left hand pcb
On a 242e/2 it's both pcbs

Check in sequence to save spending unessecary money on pcbs
