how i can i fix bosch gsr impact driver?

Have got a bosch impact driver gsr 14.4v. Had for about 4months with no problems. Fantastic drill

However today the variable speed on the trigger has stopped working. I press the trigger and get imediate full speed. rather than gradual speed. What could be the problem?
