will not come on?

i have a bush idlcd19wo16hd lcd tv i switched it on today and nothing happened the light stayed red i tried with the remote still nothing so i switched it on from the rear switch all that happened is the led in the front went from red to green and back to red quickerly i even tried new batterys in the reomte and the side panel buttons do not work at all i hope someone can advise thank u
