I have found that trying to start our BWN129 washing machine that no cycle will start and the door light flashes and the rinse hold light stays on. The pump starts but nothing happens. The washing machine is under 5 year warranty but hotpoint still want ÂŁ105. to come out to look at it. can anyone help us?
