how can i fix my 25" zenith tv, model# sms25536?

some times when i turn my tv on it will have a picture for a while, then the picture shrinks and there is a thin line in the middle of the screen. but there is still sound and every thing else works.

I had a similar problem with mine that was solved by reseting the high volage leads to the picture tube.
