how can i fix my 9,24 electronic Worcester?

pilot light ok but the green demand light not on, no hot water and no ch, checked fuses on circuit board all are ok, but 1st circuit board were there.s a long white line with wire at each side, the left side of the wire smells and is brown and slight sparks appear
