reset factory settings on samsung np nc10?

If you pressn F4 at the start up screen, then you will get a black screen saying something like ews enabled, press enter it will load windows files then I am sure you will have the opotion to factory reset, it has been a while since I did this for my daughter, I don't think I have missed anything...Good Luck

is this a tower or laptop ? laptop turn on & constntly press F11 button to restore to factory setting's.tower turn on & constantly press F8 button on both machine's follow the instruction's hope this help's
