mercedes sprinter cdi hard to start?

Hi i own a merc sprinter 313 cdi it has become realy hard to start but once its running it performs as it has always done any idea.

u need to check rail valve seals and then if thet are ok perform leakoff test

hi mate im merc sprinter specialist could do with bit more info what have u checked does it turn over for ages then eventually fire

Check the o ring seals in the fuel pressure sensor on the back of the fuel rail. If they are ok it could be the injectors you will need leak off test kit to check this.
