Mend Masport flueless log fire Fire Supply Heating

masport flueless .ignites but goes out when let go of the button ?

can any1 help i have the masport flueless log fire
when i push the ignite button the pilot works
But when let go off the ignite the flame goes out ..
there seems to be no gas going threw??
yet the pipe has gas threw coming threw?
