Oven temperature on my Tricity Bendix cooker DSIE343?

The temperature of my oven has gone a bit wrong. Everything is burning even on 100. Is it the thermostat? If so can I replace it or would I have to get someone to do it for me? Can I get the parts still as the cooker is well over 10 years old but can't really replace it at the moment.
