Mend Whirlpool LSB6200KQ0 Washing Machine Drum Agitate

Can I fix my Whirlpool washing machine?

The washer agitates well, but will not spin. The machine vibrates and sounds normal, but the fabric softener stays in the hopper and the water stays in the drum. The model # is LSB6200KQ0.

Hello,

The water has to drain before the washer can spin. If you have water in the tub after the wash part of the cycle and it won't drain out, you have to solve that problem first. Check for a kinked or clogged drain hose.
