Mend Bush 2571NTX Screen Vertical Sound

green screen?

i have a bush 2571ntx and the scrren has gone green with vertical lines, i can hear the sound fine and a shadowy picture is visable. Is this an easy fix or would it be better to buy a new tv?

could be an overloading transistor on the crt base pcb, or another part in the colour line, should be pretty cheap to fix
