Mend Thomson DSR7200 Box Years Working

where has my hard drie gone?

My Thomson digital set top box recorder after 2 years of working has stopped recording and the message comes on that there is no hard drive,when the tv was fixed to the wall could the scart leads have been put in the wrong place or has it just gone wrong help please.
